Information to Have:

-Availability (Dates/Times)

-Which Show/Shows You want to See

-Number of Students, Teachers, and Other Adult Chaperones Attending

STEP 2: DIRECTIONS | ARRIVAL TIME | PARKING

-Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to showtime (the earlier the better with large groups)

-All buses and vans come to the gated lot on the 11th Avenue side of the BJCC in order to let their students off.
(There will be a BCT staff member there directing you.)

-Parking is first come first serve in this lot. Other parking is available on 19th St. or in the parking garage on 22nd St.

- Bus parking will be assigned once students have disembarked.

STEP 3: WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL

There will be BCT staff members who will get on your bus and give you explicit directions so please stay on until dismissed. Ushers will
show you to your seats and we ask that you have your students walk in single file lines, quickly and quietly, as we have lots of groups to get seated. Do not skip chairs so we don’t have a bottle neck in the lobby and the entrances to the theatre.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

Inclement Weather

- In most cases, BCT follows local school closing guidelines regarding inclement weather. If a performance is cancelled due to weather,

- During the performance, cell phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Not only is it a distraction to you, but it is to our friends enjoying the show and the actors on stage.
