BCT IS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS TO REIGNITE OUR Patron’s BOARD!

Welcome to Birmingham Children's Theatre's Patron’s Board, where passion meets purpose and fundraising takes center stage! Our mission is clear: champion the enduring magic of professional theatre by supporting BCT's commitment to educate, entertain, and enrich children's lives through fundraising efforts. As ambassadors in our communities we are a pillar of support for BCT, and a platform for young professionals to grow, contribute, and socialize. Join us in ensuring the lasting legacy of theatre for young audiences in Alabama. 

To apply for a seat on BCT’s Patron’s Board, please click on the link below for a short application where you will also be asked to upload a resume and cover letter. In your cover letter, please include the following:

  1. How do you see your personal and professional experiences aligning with BCT's mission to educate, entertain, and enrich the lives of children through the magic of professional theatre?

  2. Do you have experience sitting on a Junior or Patron’s Board? If so, where and for how long?

  3. A short personal statement explaining why you have a special interest in our organization’s mission and work.

Applications will be accepted until March 30th, 2024.
First meeting will be in early April as we plan a kick-off event for May!
