A NOTE TO CAREGIVERS
’Mouse On The Move’ is designed specifically for tiny bodies that need to get the wiggles out. It might not feel “theatre-y,” but we want kids to move, dance, sing, explore, create, and play along with the show. We encourage you to let them explore this space and this story in whatever way they want — we aren’t afraid of extra noise or interruptions.
If you or your child needs a break, please check out our new Quiet Room. Just head out the theatre and it’s immediately to the right.
Mouse On The Move runs approximately 45 minutes with no intermission.
You are invited to stay after the show and continue to play and explore.
Produced by special arrangement with Plays for New Audiences

Who’s Who
Rebecca Yeager (Director) is thrilled to bring Dot and Ziggy to Birmingham families. While she performs for many companies in Birmingham, BCT audiences are her favorite! She is an actor and teacher who specializes in integrated movement and vocal technique for the actor, including yoga, stage combat, Lugering technique, and classical theatre including Greek tragedy, Shakespeare, and Commedia dell’Arte. Rebecca received her Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of Southern Mississippi and graduated Cum Laude from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre. Thank you to BCT’s amazing staff of artists and administrators for their tireless work keeping theatre alive in the past year; to Kim, Ruby, Theo, and Zoe for their willingness to play and explore through a child’s eye; and most of all, Charles and the Yeagerlings for their love, encouragement, and creative spirits.
Allie Nichols (Amelia) is thrilled to be on the BCT stage! Allie graduated from UAB with a BFA in Musical Theatre and, when not on the stage, spends her time as the Marketing Associate here at BCT or prop designing for local theatres. Some of her favorite roles she has played are Amelia Earhart in UAB's touring production with the same name, Logainne in The 25th Annual … Bee (VST), Margot in Legally Blonde (VST), and Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors (Tupelo Community Theatre). A huge thank you to her husband, friends, and family for their ongoing support of her and her dreams.
Crystal Robinson (Nellie) is excited and grateful to be returning to the stage and making her debut at BCT after a six year hiatus. Crystal holds a BFA from the University of Montevallo and has trained with the likes of Bobby Chance, Eric Stewart and Mike Pointer in Los Angeles where she resided for 10 years. Theatre credits include: Order Chaos, Julius Caesar, Willie and the Hairy Man, The Art of Dining, and Loves Fire. Television credits include: Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Operation Repo. Crystal would like to thank family and friends for their never ending love and support, her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who gives her strength, and Birmingham Children’s Theatre for the opportunity to create possibilities yet again.
UP NEXT AT BCT!
One dark and stormy night, the eccentric Mrs. Whatsit arrives at the home of young Meg Murry. What follows is a magical adventure like no other as Meg, her brother Charles Wallace, and their friend Calvin travel through time and space on a mission to rescue their father from the evil forces that hold him prisoner on another planet. This acclaimed sci-fi/fantasy tale captures the classic struggle between good and evil, the power of love, and the value of individuality.
Great for ages 8 and older! This show will take place on BCT’s MainStage at the BJCC.
A Wrinkle in Time contains moments with flashing and moving lights which may affect audience members who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities. Please let us know if you need more information or assistance.
Saturday Public Performances at 11:00am and 3:00pm:
April 2nd & 9th
